At Duffy Group, that person is Jackie Benton. As vice president of operations, this right- and left-brained leader manages everything from recruiting and business development to marketing and office operations.
Benton has plenty of experience that prepared her for this role – as a babysitter during her youth to providing administrative support for Northern Arizona University’s School of Forestry and working as an engineer at Honeywell. And Benton loves to learn, which makes her perfectly suited for her work recruiting candidates in a variety of industries.
